- All items out of stock when ordered will be substituted with an equal brand battery. - Before backordered items are shipped, a representative will call for release authorization if requested. - Backordered items are shipped at prices in effect when the item was ordered or current selling price, whichever is lower. - Backordered shipments will be subject to normal shipping and handling policies.

- Damages are the responsibility of the carrier once the shipment is released from Rage Battery.  - All claims for damage / pilferage must be filed with delivering carrier within 7 days of receipt. Rage Battery cannot file this for you. - Save all boxes & packing material for damage inspection by carrier. - All claims for shortages / mis-shipments / mis-billings must be made within 10 days of receipt.

- Prices and availability subject to change without notice. - All trademarks and trade names used herein are the property of their respective owners. - Although we try to assure accuracy, Rage Battery cannot be responsible for typographic errors on this website. - By placing an order, customer accepts all terms and policies stated herein. - Please contact Rage Battery for the latest product pricing / availability information.

- No returns will be accepted without a return authorization. Please email sales@ragebattery.com or call our office to receive a return authorization number. - Shipments made in error by Rage Battery will be recalled at Rage Battery expense by use of a call tag, or by refunding the actual cost of the shipment back to our warehouse. - Rage Battery will only accept product purchased from Rage Battery. - Non-defective returns will only be accepted for items featured for sale in current Rage Battery website and must include all boxes and manuals.  Any missing items will be subject to a restocking fee. - No returns will be accepted back by Rage Battery after 180 days from the Rage Battery  invoice, for any reason. - Defective returns are eligible for return only within 30 days of sale to the retail consumer. After 30 days, the consumer must return the product to the manufacturer's authorized warranty station for warranty repair. Under any circumstance, defective returns will not be accepted after 180 days from Rage Battery  invoice date. - Defective returns are for replacement, merchandise credit or credit back to the original credit card.

- All orders shipped F.O.B. San Diego, CA. Once any shipment is released to carrier, any damages become the responsibility of that carrier. All claims must be made by the customer directly with freight carrier and should be reported as soon as possible. - All orders are shipped within 2 business days from receipt of order. - All in-stock items are shipped at time of order, out-of-stock items are back ordered, unless otherwise requested. - All freight charges are subject to dimensional / oversize carrier weight regulations. - Shipping charges are non-refundable. - Customer is responsible for all freight charges for unaccepted or refused delivery of shipments. - Refused shipments are subject to a 20% restock fee.
